SPA 3102 - why do I get on outgoing calls only busy tone

Hello,

my SPA worked a lot of years without problems under various phone providers and same SIP provider until my last change with a new router installed. I have a problem with the router configuration which I still didn't solve but while testing this issue suddenly my outgoing calls after dialtone and dial get the busy tone.

I configured the SPA with the following dial plan: (xx.<:@gw0>|<#,:>x.)

I'm stuck - since some days I'm searching what could be wrong and don't get it.

Anyone can give me an idea how I can debug to find the reason?

Capture SIP packets and syslog/debug messages related to incomming call

At the first, you need to analyze if call has been rejected by local device or by remote provider. In the second case, you will see your's INVOTE packet and provider's response to it, in the first case, you will se no INVOTE, only syslog/debug message may reveal something usefull to you.
