Hi All,
Site is:
UC560 with Dual PRI
-Only one user with a 509G will be on a call and the audio is dropped on both ends, but the call remains intact. The user puts the call on hold and resume it and audio is restored. Running Software Pack 8.2 with latest firmware for phones.
Problem is I cannot troubleshoot this really because debugging would need to be on, but this happens rarely and it is next to impossible to do so.
Any thoughts with this or what I could to troubleshoot further with this being such an isolated incident?

Seems like phone DSP bug/freeze, have you contacted Cisco already ?

Yes but they need to see it happen. As it seems like it is phone specific, I am going to replace the phone itself and see if that alleviates the issue.
