when resync from http. it always shows:
SPA303 ec:e1:a9:cb:15:14 -- Resync failed: http_get failed
i can access using web browser. But the phones always got failed.
sometimes it takes couple of hours to make it success.
does anyone know the possible reasons?

http or https ?
All at all, catch HTTP request as well as server's response. I wish it will help you. Syslog&debug messages (highest debug level) may disclose something valuable as well.

so, where is the provisioning server? if it's on a different network you might look at
-DNS - is the dns server correct, and a fast server that knows the provisioning server?
-do the phones have the correct default gateway.
syslog or wireshark capture of the provisioning failing should show what's going on.
instructions for logging:
admin --> advanced
Voice --> system
add the IP address of your log server in the
debug and
syslog, (the same address)
set debug level =3
Save system tab
You don't need it for this case, but to see sip messages in the syslog,
Go into the line1--> sip settings -->
sip debug option to 'full'
save line1 tab
