After a factory reset and setting the provisioning string, it provisions ones.
After that it still does provisioning requests, but nothing changes anymore.
After enabling the syslog feature we can always read: ### no changed ###
But that's not true, we manually changes some timings in the file.
This behaviour is tested on 3 different devices.
Any ideas?
