Hello!
I'm struggling to properly enter the correct information into the SPA112 web interface to connect to Twilio.
I'm new to voice systems, please keep that in mind when replying
Precursory context on my setup:
- I purchased a Cisco SPA112 ATA to connect to my old BellSouth Clear phone.
- I purchased a number from Ring Boost and was able to successfully port it to Twilio.
- In Twilio, I setup a SIP domain and made sure it was tied to my newly ported phone number.
- I've logged into the Cisco Web interface using `admin` / `admin` for the credentials.
What I've tried so far:
- Went to voice > line 1
- Filled in proxy to be `mydomain.sip.twilio.com'
- Filled in User ID & Auth ID fields to be the username that I created on twilio for my SIP domain.
- Filled in password with the Twilio sip password that I created when creating the SIP domain.
- Saved & updated default admin password.
For what it's worth, I did try similar settings on the quick connect main page to no avail. I also tried using my default twilio credentials that are on the home page. I do have a number tied to the sip domain and the sip domain recognizes the trunk that was created. So, I'm fairly confident that my issue lies within configuring the SPA112, but am not certain.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my post and reply.
