SPA112 scratchy audio sound

Hi, anyone can help with this issue?

We have had a problem with SPA112 this week. The subscriber complaint about scratchy sound from his ATA. Something like a bad cable or bad rj11 connector. The only way to fix it was to reboot the device.

It run the lastest FW

Note : this is not a jitter, echo or delay problem. This is more like analog circuitry. 

Any idea ?

Turn on debug of Voice Application (highest level) and catch it. It may (or may not, of course) help.
