SPA122 on NEC pbx: problem during an incoming call

                   Hello,
I registered a CISCO SPA122 on a SV8100 NEC pbx. The device is correcly registered and can make outgoing calls but it can't receive any incoming call: the analog phone connected to SPA122 rings, but the call is not established, the caller receives the busy tone.
I tried to modify several parameters on SPA122 but the problem still persist.
If I register a CISCO IP-Phone 303, using the same SIP account, the phone receives call without problem, so I suppose it's a SPA122 problem and not a pbx problem.

In attached a Wireshark trace and SPA122 configuration file.
