We have replaced an old Cisco ATA188 SIP with a new SPA2102.
After this substitution we encountered a Caller ID problem.
The analog phone connected to SPA doesn't show the CID any more.
We have tried every possible combinations available on the SPA without success (Bellcore, ETSI FSK, ETSI DTMF, bell 202, v23, etc).
This is the working Cisco ATA 188 config:
RingOnOffTime 1,4,25
CallerIdMethod 0x00018066 hex = 11 000000 001100 1 10 bin
bit 0-1=2 ETSI
bit 3=1 send after first ring
bit 3-8=12 maximum number of digits
bit 9-14=0 maximum number of chars
bit 15=1 send out ouf area if cli is unknown
bit 16=1 send privete if cli is restriceted
What are equivalent parameters of the SPA? Is there a bug on ETSI FSK Caller ID method?
Regards.
