Hello all
I'm having Problem with SIPURA SPA3000 connected to elastix. Whenever a landline call received by SPA3000 then transferred to external sip phone eyebeam, the call is dropped. Sometimes silence in the caller side.
Specs:
SPA3000 firmware 3.1.20
Elastix 2.40
SIP Phone Eyebeam 1.5.7
Basically I have followed instruction in this site Freepbx to SPA3000
Transfering call to internal eybeam works just fine. But when transfering to external eyebeam the problem occurs.
Using elastix to call between extensions, transfering calls between extensions are fine.
Receiving landline call in internal eyebeam works just fine.
SPA3000 Settings are in attachment.
