Hi
Am trying to configure a SPA303 for a BT supplied VOIP line over BT broadband.
I have now reached the point where the SPA303 now registers itself as a VOIP line and I can make outgoing calls with no issues, ringing and speech are working in both directions.
Initially I could also receive incoming calls, but when picked up there was no incoming speech, though the caller could hear me.
Now I appear to have lost the incoming ringing too, so now the phone only works ringing out, where again ringing and speech are working in both directions.
Is this port settings in the SPA303 or a firewall issue in the BT supplied router?
If anyone has more details on how to configure a SPA303 for a BT line I would be most grateful
