I am the proud owner of a new SPA3102-AU unit with Firmware 3.3.6(GW) installed.
I was performing various tests with it, my Asterisk PBX and the PSTN service.
After completing my tests I applied a change to my dialplan, after clicking "Submit All Changes" the device has not responded on the network and nor can I use IVR to perform a reset to Factory Defaults.
Despite the fact I have no audible response I have attempted the IVR codes to perfrom the Factory Reset but alas the device still doesn't work.
The last change I made to the dialplan on the "Line 1" configuration was to set a hotline to the PSTN using;
(S0<:@gw0>|.........)
Not something I would expect to put the unit into an infinite loop of doing nothing useful when it is powered cycled.
Upon applying power to the unit the power indicator comes on red and then changes colour. The Internet indicator flickers twice.
The above continues ad-infinitum!
I have attached the Ethernet and Internet connections to my network, there are no DHCP requests or any other activity on the Internet port and I am unable to access 192.168.0.1 on the Ethernet port.
Is there a means by which one can perform a factory reset to this device in its current state?
Regards,
Larry.

Try to change power supply. If the problem persists probably the firmware of the SPA is corrupted. In this case, check the warranty and ask for an RMA.
Good luck.

I have tested using a PSU from a working unit and confirmed the problem with the suspect unit persists.
