Hi,
I have a new sp3102 and configured it for use with 3CX pbx, all was going ok until I changed the 3102 admin web interface ip address.
Now I cannot access the web interface? and it doesnt respond to a ping.
Is it possible to reset to factory defaults?
Should I be able to connect a uk analog phone to the units phone port ?
My BT relate 2100 does not seem to work i.e. no dial tones\voice instruction from the 3102
Thirdly the spa3102 quick install guide suggests the ip address for the web admin interface should be 192.168.0.1 , mine was 192.168.147.1?
The software ver was 3.3 i think.

You must connect a phone to FXS interface and dial **** to access in the IVR menu.
Then dial the sequence 73738# and so press 1 to confirm the reset.

Thankyou my friend, as I stated my analog phone would not
contact the SPA3102 IVR so I used the following command on my laptop
Hyperterminal to negotiate the IVR menu
atdt****,,,73738#,,1#

i have attached my analog phone with this device and perform the factory reset activity but device user and password not reset and i am not able to login admin setting kindly assist ma asap. Linksys SPA3102 Voip gateway
