SPA400 - Can't listen my Voice Message

Hello everybody

i use zwo SPA941, SPA9000 and SPA400 for the VoiceMail. Phone are fine, but since today i can't listen the VoiceMessage. The Red-New-Message-Light on the SPA941 are on. I press the VoiceMail-Button.... i listen following information: You have..  but not more. After "You have.."  disconnect the line to the VoiceMail. I can leave a message, when i call my number via Mobilephone..but i can't listen it. Many Reboots...but i can't solve the Problem.

Dear Sir;

Can you access the SPA400 Web UI? If so, please try to get logs and send it over to see what's going on.

Hello Alberto, I have spa9000 and spa400 for voicemail I have not been able to make voicemail work

The spa400 is registered on line 2 of the spa9000 Can u please help me
