I have been trying to connect the above phone to my 320 with no success - It just will not register.Tried hard reset, no luck,Tried factory reset, no luck.Tried manully entering the MAC address, no luck.Unit is on same switch as other working phones....

How can I export a personal directory of the spa phones?  I do not see them in the spacfg.xmlWhat I want is a simple way to push some caller id names into all phones at a company.  Using the xml directory does not get the caller id.Sage

On an SPA 525g2, can speed dial be configured to use a calling card?  That is, to first dial the calling card access number, pause, press 1, then enter a regularly dialed number ?
