using spa504g phones with spa500s side car; I want to have the side-car work as per article

entries to attendant console unit 1 key X with syntax below:

fnc=blf+sd+cp;sub=102@$PROXY:6060;nme=102   

fnc=blf+sd+cp;sub=113@$PROXY:6060;nme=113    

Orange blinking show on the unit 1 key X  with an entries above.

I believe this is a syntax error message?

Is there a syntax error in my entry above?  What syntax will work?   

side-car configure key(s) stop blinking if in field "Serv Subscribing LED"  when either c=o (keys turn off)  or if c=g (keys turn green)
