SPA502G Add prefix to missed calls

Hi. How to set prefix (0) to missed calls? I had it on this phone before but had to factory reset it and now I can't find how to set it again.

Hello.

I think you were using the "Caller ID Map" which got reset. You can look into documentation on how to use it to prefix 0.
