Hello
Where can i get the firmware to upgrade Cisco SPA502G. Its showing "Initializing..." and when i talk to the dealer he as asked me to upgrade the firmware.

i have to upgrade SPA502G the firmware of
but after processing at end it write upgrade failed i have disable firewall as well but still not able to upgrade it

I want to upgrade it to :
SPA50X_SPA30X Firmware version 7.6.0
SPA30x_SPA50x_7.6.0_FW.zip

Attempt to direct upgrade from 7.5.1a to 7.6.0 ?
You should read Release Notes before upgrade. All the times. The following sentence apply to you:
When you upgrade a Cisco SPA50X or Cisco SPA30X IP Phone, if you have installed a firmware version
prior to 7.5.2b, you must first upgrade to 7.5.2b before you upgrade to release 7.5.3 or a later release.
By the way, the following may be important for you as well:
This firmware release is only for the RC SKU. For non-RC SKUs, the firmware is the same as firmware
release 7.5.7s.
Are you sure the 7.6.0 is the version you wish to upgrade to ? The latest firmware so far is 7.6.2 SR6.

Well - what's the doal ?
It's just log record about the phone restart (and the reason for it). It doesn't affect phone operation in any way.. Just restart has occurred in the past - and such event is logged
