We recently upgraded one of our UC540s to 8.6.0 using CCA 3.2.1. Initially everything worked fine (except outgoing SIP calls which were fixed by a recommendation by someone here on the forums). However after doing a factory reset on the UC540, our SPA504G boots, registers, sits for a minute or so, and then reboots. This continues forever. However, if I make a call with that phone, I can stay on the call as long as I want. As soon as the call is disconnected, it will reboot again within a few seconds. Any ideas? I have plugged this phone into another UC540 and it registers just fine without any reboots.

Hello Christopher,
Please try to delete the phone from CCA and then when it connects to the UC again add it from users and phones again.
HTH,
Alex

Thanks, but we already tried that. I ended up restoring a configuration archive and that did the trick.
