We would like to be able to pick up an incomming call, choose to forward that call, and press a number on the System Attendant Console (thus dialing an another user) and then trasnfer the call.
We have found that doing this doesn't work as we antipicate and that it creates a seperate call on a different line.
Currently the only want we can transfer an a call is to dial the number directly (and not use the System Attendant functionality).
How can we configure the phone to support this?
Our console is currently configured as
fnc=sd+blf+cp;sub=0129*200@**IP**;nme=Anne
