spa504g retrieving emails without a passcode

We are small business with two users and have no need to use a passcode when retrieving voicemails from the phone. Can we  simply press the email button on the phone to retrieve voicemails without entering a passcode ?

Hello Sandylenner,

The issue really depends on what is managing your VM that you're accessing to retrieve them.  The phone does  not manage the VM, but either your provider or your local call control device.  The system that manages your VM will have to be configured for an users profiles to disable that it requires a bin to access your VM.
