SPA504G Ringtone problem

On our SPA504Gs any of the custome Ringtones I upload through the Config Assisstant won't play all the way. It only plays the first 2 seconds oft the 6 second tone. I am converting them to 8bit 8000hz sample rate U-Law WAV.

It uplads and plays fine in the Config Assistant, just on the phone they are short.
