Cisco Sidecar
Firmware: 7.5.5
Cisco 2960 24port switch.
Symptom:
The sidecar is showing a BLF as in use (red) even though the user assigned to that extention is not on the phone. We are able to duplicate this in a lab enviornment. When we lift the SPA512g receiver off the cradle about an inch or 2 then set it back down I get the same result. The user BLF on the sidecar starts showing that a user off-hook even though they are not.
I upgraded to 7.5.5 to resolve a reboot issue that was occuring. Reboot issue is resolved but this new problem has now occured. Is this a bug with 7.5.5 and sidecars? Any ideas on possible resolutions?
