SPA525, microphone button lights red

Hi,

We´ve a customer that has experienced two SPA525g phones that will not boot. The microphone button is lit. About every minute the button starts to flash.

Any ideas anyone?

Sounds like it can't get ip address, try disabling CDP and LLDP in the network configuration and see if that resolves the issue.
