SPA525G speaker issue

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the speaker on the SPA525G?  I have a customer that is experiencing intermittant speaker issues whereby pressing the speaker button does not result in hearing anything, and when the phone rings, the line button will flash, but no rings are heard.  When I arrived to attempt to troubleshoot it, the customer demonstrated what was going wrong.  But as soon as I relocated the phone to where I could call SBSC, the problem had disappeared (possibly because the phone rebooted).  I plugged it back in at the original location and the phone continued to operate properly.  The phone is operating with firmware version 7.4.4 because of other problem we had experienced recently (disappearing labels for the soft keys).

Hi

You may try also latest build 7.4.7 which has several  fixes.
