SPA8000 - Fax issues

Does anyone have suggestions for configuring a line on this 8 port ATA for faxing?  I have quite a few that can either send or receive and some that won't do anything.  I use 4 ports for phones and 1 port for faxing (Ricoh)......any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.

You asked in wrong community, so you didn't received answer yet.

According your question itself - use uncompressed codec (G.711), 10ms packet time. Limit fax speed up to 9600Bd (both Tx and Rx). But most important parameter is reliable connection between SPA8000 and the PBX.
