The reason code H736c0047 is not reported on reboot reason list: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9889.
Can you enable also SIP debug to check DoS attack?
If you have configured standard 5060 SIP port, try to change it and enable Restrict Source IP too: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-13555
If it doesn't work try a factory reboot.
Regards.

Hi, i have disconnected all cables, i left the device alone just with their power adaptor and it keeps rebooting, i am not sure what caused that problem, it doesn't even give time to reset through the ivr, so i think there is another problem, could you please contact firmware developers and ask them about this code number: code H736c0047 ; they could probably give you an idea about that, is there any way to do a factory reset by hardware without using the ivr ?

Sorry but I'm not a Cisco employ. On the forum you can find the contact of some cisco experts (e.g. Nelson Seto). Try this way.
Regards.
