SPA9000 AA On Timeout to Reception

Hi,

Just wondering if there is a way you can setup the AA on the SPA9000 to instead transfer to an extension when there is no response/no input made into the AA. For example a End User could have "Welcome to XYZ, enter an extension number or hold for reception". I have tried placing an xfer statement within a No Input statement, however the AA just rings out.

Is it possible to do this and if so do you have a recommended way of doing this?

Yes, it is possible.

I suggest you check the SPA9000 Administration Guide (in the documentation section of this community) for complete syntax.

You effectively need to use the No Input statement
