Hi Adrian,

As long as i know it's not a supported feature by design.

But, a work around could be to apply it on IP Phones and ATAs, you can configure your Phone's Dial Plan to only allow some types of calls after the user Dials the access code.

Please, send me your actual Dial Plan of Phones and an example of the access then I can edit and explain to you.

Thanks,

Regards.

Hi Andrey

<*97:vmm>|9,[3469]11S0|9,[2-9]xxxxxx|9,[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|9,1[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|9,011xx.|xxx.|[2345678]

Code:4545

Thanks

Regards,

Adrian

Hi Adrian,

I'm sorry for the delay, below you can find a example that should work to you.

<*97:vmm>|<4545:>9,[3469]11S0|<4545:>9,[2-9]xxxxxx|<4545:>9,[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|<4545:>9,1[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|<4545:>9,011xx.|xxx.|[2345678]

Please try to use this Dial Plan, for your understanding, the user must dial 4545 + 9 + Dest. Number.

If the user do not Dial the PIN (4545) will not be allowed.

Please let me know the results and do not forget to use the "(" and ")" on your Dial Plan.

Thanks,

Regards.

Andrey Cassemiro.
