Im an owner of a SPA922 and I have tried everything to reset this phone to its factory default but it persists with the Passwords. I have done the following: 1. Tried going to the phones Display and do a factory reset, password requiered, 2. I tried flashing the firmware with no luck and a no response from this phone 3. Tried **** but no voice tone, 3. Tried configure button then **# and wait for a softkey still no luck, I even tried using a package software to get the password traveling the lan connection but no luck. I even asked the previous owner for the password and he hasn´t been successful with remembering the password. Now do I through this phone away and stay away from them or is there a way to reset these phones, Maybe a reset?
