Asterisk 1.4.25

FreePBX 2.6.0.2

2x SPA962 + SPA932 Combo

5x SPA942

Please assist...

Recently users one of my sites came in one day to find that both of their SPA932 attendant consoles were showing orange lamps instead of the usual green for their user extensions. Also all of the SPA942 phone buttons with subscriptions to user extensions show up orange also.

This literally happened overnight. No changes were made to the system or phone configs.

The buttons have lost their BLF, CP & SD functionality.

Their speed dial functions for sending a caller to the parking lot extension still work fine.

Their BLF and Call Pickup functions for taking a caller from the parking lot still work fine.

I am quite perplexed... nothing has changed as far as I know and all the phones in the building function normally.

Note also that

An SPA932 status is shown below.

Check the Subscribe message in the log or ethereal trace, looks like there's no response to it for the keys that don't update it's status.

I have resolved this issue.. for now...  The strange thing is that a "set sip debug" trace on the phones showed authorised subscriptions.

To resolve I used the Asterisk SIP settings module in FreePBX and configured localnet variable. Once I had set this the phone buttons sprang to life.

I hope this helps someone...
