SPA942 firmware Upgrade

Hi Guys,

is there any way to upgrade an SPA942 to firmware version 6.15?

As it is EOS, the link to software upgrade is no longer available... Can I find it somewhere else?

It's actually still available on Cisco's site. You can get 6.15a here:

Thanks Jody, but I've already have this software. The problem is in the firmware to be downloaded following the installations instructions included there. That is:

• STEP 1 Download the firmware from Cisco.com. Go to: (THESE LINKS DON'T WORK ANY MORE)
  • SPA962: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10040/index.html
  • SPA942: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10039/index.html
  • SPA922: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10036/index.html
• STEP 2 Click the Download Software link.
• STEP 3 Download the executable file and unzip it to your desktop.
• STEP 4 Double-click the executable upgrade file.
• STEP 5 Follow the on-screen instructions. Do not unplug the phone. The phone reboots automatically when the upgrade is complete.

Do you know any other place to look for this files?

You already have it. If you downloaded the 6.1.5a release from the link above, you'll find three files in the archive:

SPA9X2_RN_V6-1-5a.pdf
spa942-6-1-5a.bin
upg-spa942-6-1-5a.exe

Admittedly, the links in the PDF no longer work, but the executable file in the archive is the upgrade file referred to in step 4.
