Hi Raghda,
You can use CCA to inspect the files on your flash card and remove them, in particular you should look at phone loads and remove ones that you will not be using or are loaded on the system and you do not use those phones.
Then look for any crashdump files as sometimes they can get large in size, and then finally check and make sure you do not have multiple IOS's stored on the card. Typically when using CCA to update a system you would get it to also format the flash card and reorganize it for you so that way everything is within a structured folder system.
If using CCA is not possible then you can remove the card and use a compact flash card reader and do it manually that way, however please be mindful that in doing so you will loose Music On Hold for the duration of the card being out of the system.
