SPC utility for the ARM9 platform?

We have an IP PBX system based on the ARM9 platform. Cisco currently provides the compilation utility called SPC for Win32(x86) and Linux(x86).

Does anyone know if there is a way to get the SPC utility compiled for Linux(ARM9)?

Or is the source for the SPC utility available?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
