HI all
with SWP 8.2 i can not see uc500 voicemail support for Arabic language , what happened is not supported or what
please any one who has idea can clarify

Hi,
The UC500 Voicemail do support Arabic language, but not via CCA.
Please open a case thru Cisco support and we will publish the language file to you via the case owner.
Since not supported by CCA, you will need to install and activate it manually.
BTW, Have you install Arabic language in UC500/VM before ? where did you got the file that time ?

What if customer only needs AA prompts and Voicemail in language, e.g. Arabic, which does not have a locale zip file available for download ?

Hi, Jon:
There is no Arabic language file in CCO for UC500/CUE.
Please open a case and we will publish the file to you via the case owner.
Once the language installed and activate as primary, the system AA and voicemail prompts will use the primary language. if you have second language installed, then this 2nd language can be used for "user" level, not "system" level.
Ex: you can setup an subscriber to use the 2nd language in his voicemail. this will not affect others.
