I'm trying to export timesheets out of a UC560 for a client, our goal is to be able to format the data into a CSV then upload it into a custom app; the client is not interested in purchasing QuickBooks. I've experimented with the Purge settings, downloading it to an FTP server, and trying to email it out from the CUCE and the CCA, all with no luck. Has anyone been able to export the timesheets without the use of QuickBooks?

What error message is seen when performing the copy ?
One of our test Engineers tried this in his lab using CUE 8.0.6 (which will be released in July time frame).
Here is the cli applied …
1. Setup ftp server in the PC which connect to UC500.
2. Issue CLI from CUE prompt…
Copy timecardview timesheets url ftp://192.168.10.x/(subdir)/(filename-for-timesheets)
Username: aaa
Password: bbb
======
10.1.10.1# copy timecardview timesheets url ftp://192.168.10.13/TMP/aaa
username: test
password: test123

I get a "File Not Found" error when trying to pull it down into FTP. I know that it exists, as I can get into the CUE and authroize the timecards, but I don't see it in the flash anywhere.
