I have phone Cisco SPA 502G.
There are problems:
1. To dial telephone number from the computer and to begin a call.
2. To write down the begun telephone conversation.
I`m a programmer.
What for this purpose it is necessary for me?
Something else needs to be bought?

So we can build a "speeddial button" into our company software.
(we know wich computer is next to wich phone)
For question 2 I know that if you use a PBX (like Asterisk). There
are endless posibilities to log your phone calls!!

I have the problem I can not initiate INVITES with the needed information from asterisk (it's located outside the network of the telephones)
