Transfer to extension from personal voicemail greeting

I would like callers to be able to transfer to another extension if they reach someone's voicemail.

For example:

You've reached Bob Lawbla. I'm not in the office today. If you need immedate assistance please press 111 to be transferred to my assistant. Otherwise, please leave me a detailed message with your shoe size and the average combined age of your pets.

Users cannot break out of the voice mail once they land to a vm extension.

Changing this has been discussed with marketing but currently no plans to change the call routing behavuar.
