Hi,

I'm looking for Region Pack for The Netherlands. Tried different dial plan's from other countries (Germany/VS/Ireland/France) but none of them seem to work 100%. Also time zone GMT+01 isn't support in most Region Packs.

Is there an option to make you a Region Pack yourself?

Best regards,

J. Heltzel

Dear Mr. Hetzel;

The Region Pack process is managed by Cisco, as this includes support not only for dial plan but ensuring compliance with local PSTN settings.

Currently there is no Region Pack for The Netherlands.

Alberto,

Thanks for your answer.  Because we can't get the good timezone and can't get a dialplan for The Netherlands the UC320w isn't unusable for the Netherlands. Could you tell me why they sell the product on/for the Dutch market?

Which dial plan comes near to our dial plan (see below)

Dutch Dial plan : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_numbers_in_the_Netherlands

Example of our test telephone number:

Calling from abroad: +31 43 3629293

Calling from The Nethelands use: 043 3629293

Calling from 043 regio: 3629293

Best regards,

Jeannot Heltzel

Dear Jeannot;

The product should not be sellable in The Netherlands. Please let me know which distributor you got the unit from to make sure this does not happen again. You can RMA the product.

Alberto

Albert,

Product is sold by Techdata/Azlan, they even promote the product. Today we talked to support desk from Azlan and they told us the Dutch Region Pack is coming soon...for now we could use UK (1 hour difference in time on SPA509G phones) or Osterreich (GMT+1 time on phone is good but we Dutch people don't like having German language in our phone's, after every configuration we need to change language in all the phones. Also all messages are in German).

Nice, seems that we have to work out a solution ourselves not disappointing end-user who expects very much from his new telephone system...

Best regards,
