UC320 individual virtual number and 303 phone set can't auto redial after received missed calls.

Hi,

Anyon to know how to create individual virtual number?I don't want virtual number become member of any phone key.

And virtual number can Call-forwarding to extenal trunk?

And virtual number can install on console key button? 

This model 303 can't auto redial after received missing call,I need edit number then insert "9" on head of missing number.How to insert "9" to auto dial missing call.

e.g: I received missed call s"12345678",then dial out but it show "invalid number" error message,then I need insert or edit add"9" on missed call number then dial out.

I see two questions in here.

How to create a virtual number?

I would just create a phantom user that is asociated with any dummy phone MAC. You could then configure CFNA settings on it. Since there is no phone CFNA will kick in right away.

How to dial form missed calls?

Use Edit Dial Software key in missed calls. Hit Edit dial and insert 9

Hi, I know this is late in the peace but where the heck is Edial Dial Software key?

I can't find this anywhere in the UC320 config. and this has become a major hassle for our UC320 clients.
