Good morning,
this is one of the first installations of the UC320 I'm doing.
I have this deployment:
UC320 with firmware 2.1.4(3) Limited Deployment, to fix the FXS issues.
1 SPA504G with external keyboard.
5 SPA303
1 FXS analog cordless.
Tre trunk to the ouside is a regular PSTN line attached to one of the FXO ports.
The UC320 is in PBX mode and the button to call on the external line in 0.
The problem is that I can't call from any device on the inside some kind of numbers, like 800996996 or 190.
If a user, on any phone dials 0190 or 0800996996 i get the "invalid number" response.
I tried to attach an analog phone directly on the line and it works, so it's definitely an issue with the UC.
Any advice? Is there a way to fix it? Because looking at the previous post, the firmware version 2.1.4(3) should do the trick, but I have it onboard already and it doesn't work.
should putting the UC320 in Fusion mode and letting the user gain access to the line pressing the button work?
Thanks in advance,
Simone

Hi guys, I have the right firmware version on my UC320 but the device cannot access the cloud because of customer policies. For this reason I need to install Italy_v2 dial plan from my pc. Can someone give me the file or the link to download it ?
Thnaks, regards
