UC320 with SPA303 and 525G2

Hi, we-ve a UC320W with some SPA303 and 525G2 phones, but we have some questions about it.

is there any way to access web configuration of the phones? the options to configure then in uc320 are few

we´ve tried /admin and /admin/advanced etc....,

there is anyway to configure phones o UC320W to avoid to press a number to get external line? maybe in web conf of the phones..but we can't access.

is there any way to UC320W detect fax call in any FXO port and send it to FXS port automaty?

actualy we hay a fax machine connect to FXS port and all calls from one FXO port redirect to it but a lot of times the fax don´t detect the fax call from uc320W, is there any aditional setting for fax machines in Spain?

we have the latest firmware in all phones and in UC320W

thanks in advance

Hi Sendoa,

Yes, you can access the phone web page by pointing your browser to the phone's IP address, but most of the settings are disabled from changes.  The intent of the UC320W is to make it easy to configure and manage.  All of the phone configuration and settings are centrally handled through the UC320W Configuration Utility with the exception of a few end user preferences settings that can be adjusted on the phone's LCD screen such as ring tones, missed call banner, etc.

If you are using Shared FXOs (key system), you can configure the FXOs this way to avoid dialing a steering digit.  If you are using BRI or SIP trunk, a steering digit is required.

No, we do not detect FAX and route the call automatically.  It is best that FAX has its own dedicated number/line.

If you are having problems with FAX answering and detecting on the system, I suggest that you open a case with the Cisco Small Business Support center where an engineer can investigate.

Thanks,

Chris
