UC320W - Caller ID Change on FXO

Hi,

I'm trying to change our default caller ID on our UC320 but I dont see any option(s) where to change it.

We are currently running Version 2.2.2 (1) and we have 8 extensions. We have 12 DIDs and everytime each extension calls out, it gives out each DID number we have thus we want it to be defaulted to just 1 number for ourbound caller ID such as (323) xxx-5800.

Please help!

Hi Marvin,

The UC320W does not send out caller ID on the FXO trunks, only on SIP trunks.  You will need to contact your FXO service provider and ask that they provision each of your DID lines with the same calling ID information.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your prompt response. Thats what I thought however our carrier (ATT) keeps saying that they do not control caller IDs. Oh well....

I'll try calling again and I hope that the next tech would be able to help me. I'll update this post once I find an answer.
