SPA PHONES CALL TRANSFER ISSUE

Hello,

i have an issue with SPA501g and SPA303, if i receive a externall call y cant transfer the call , i dont have the transfe button on the phone but is configured in the phone template, what can be the problem?

When i connected in external call i dont have hte transfer button available, can someone help me?
