UC320W FXO to SIP diversion

Hi,

Does anyone know if the UC320 can divert incoming calls to the SIP trunks if the FXO is busy?

I have a customer with only 1 PSTN line and 2 VOIP lines.

Hi,

Perhaps I'm missing something, but if the FXO is busy and there is an inbound call to that FXO, the UC320 won't know about the second inbound call to the FXO (We don't support call waiting).  Diverting to the SIP trunks would be a configuration by your FXO service provider to Call Forward Busy calls to your SIP trunk DID(s).
