UC320W or UC540 4+ Person Conference Call

Looking to set something up for someone where the main user calls 3-4 outside lines and puts them all in a conference call plus has the capacity to join them.

I have both tried on the UC320W and can only get two outside lines plus the main user. I have not had the chance to try it on the UC540 yet.
