On the left side panel of the unit is a reset button. If you press and hold for 20 seconds, this will perform a factory reset of the unit. Once the unit is back up log in as cisco/cisco and set the password. You can then load a saved configuration that you have saved to your PC. If you had the automated site backup saved to USB key, a quick call into the SBCS center and they can help you extract a saved configuration from the USB backup.
