UC320W Replacement

It's clear that most users of the UC320W are a little frustrated by its shortcomings and even moreso by the fact it's going end-of-life.

What are the plans for a replacement around the same price point?

Hi Leslie,

I too have a UC320W and it now gathers dust on a shelf. a great idea on paper but was never ready for market.

Unfortunatly as far as I knwo Cisco have pulled out of the Small Business sector and have sold off part of the company to Belkin.

They have also discontinued most of there Small Business Unified Communications Solutions including the UC540w and the Business Eddition 3000. Which is a shame as the UC540 and BE3000 had real promise.

The New Entry level IP Telephony Solution is the BE6000 With Prices Around the 15K mark (just for hardware) is way above anything a small business can afford.

In Short there will be nothing in the forseeable future to replace it. best to look at a 3CX or similar PBX Software.

as it easy to manage and setup and you can re-use all your existing phones.and it's not too expensive either.

I know this is not the answer you were looking for but I hope this was helpful.

Kindest Regards

Alan Cameron

Hi after some years a new contender is being offered:

haven't had any experience with it yet, but runs with CME and as per this comparison it can be managed from the cloud:

Do you still have the 320?  If so, I’ll buy it. These are great little boxes for SOHOs and I have one that just died.
