I was having problems getting my voice mail to email working with my ISP and had I read on another post that the UC320W supports port 587 with Google's gmail. I set the parameters to use my gmail account and they are actually the same as the parameters to get MS Outlook to work with it. I logged into Google with the same credentials to verify that I had the correct password and am still receiving this:
Feb 10 14:25:12 UC320W daemon.info sendmail: smtp_checkp check AUTH LOGIN with code -1
Feb 10 14:25:12 UC320W daemon.info sendmail: smtp_checkp get answer 334 VXNlcm5hbWU6

Feb 10 14:25:13 UC320W daemon.err sendmail: Authendication failed
Any ideas on what would still cause this? The link is an invalid page on Google's site.
Thanks in advance,
Todd.

I can ping these servers from the UC320W and it has full connectivity all around.

Hi Todd,
Make sure you are only using a Google password with numbers and letters. There is a known bug where special characters like $ in your password will cause authentication to fail. I believe it is fixed in the 2.2 release coming out soon.
