UC320W Voicemail Issue - All voicemails 20 minutes in length

Hi guys

Hopefully a simple one here but I cannot seem to find anything in the menus for this.

I have a client with a UC320W and when they receive a voicemail they always seem to end up 20 minutes in length no matter how long the actual voicemail message is. For example, they could get a message lasting 30 seconds and the message appears to have 19 minutes 30 seconds of nothing after it.

When I check the UC320W I see that the voice mailbox for this person can be pretty full almost instantly.

We didn't set this particular client up (they've been left in the lurch by another installer) so anything that you can advise would be excellent.

Hello Steven,

What type of trunks are they using?(FXO or SIP) If they are using FXO then this is probably a disconnect issue. 

Try loading DialTone4Disconnect.pmf or Set_Min_CPC_Duration.pmf
