Dear Cisco Community,
I recently purchased a UC320W, but the proper country setting is missing for Aruba.
How do i solve such an issue, as calling international is now not possible. Current settings are US, so the voice mail is in English.
Kind Regards,
Marck
Update: Raised ticket with Cisco Support.. The UC320W should not have been sold to me. Baffled though, how hard is it to let customers enter in their own dial plan? Why would you leave out countries :-S
Basicly, I now need to implement a Skype sollution for my customer to make internation calls.. Pretty insane. Any unsupported sollutions I can have a look at?
Update: Does anyone have an offline region pack file (*.rp)? Perhaps I could reverse engineer a region plan for Aruba. 35 views no replies :-S

For some reasons forum engine damage zip attachments.
P.S. I can get from cloud more packs if it will be useful.
